This session will:

  • Walk you through creating an actionable plan with clear steps to help you get through the first 30 days transitioning to a plant diet.

  • Help you to gain clarity and direction to move forward in creating healthy habits that will keep you on the right track to achieving your health goals.

  • Provide you with straightforward advice and answers to your most pressing health related questions.

    Includes:

  • 90 minute phone/video strategy session

  • A personalized 30 Day feel better plan with instructions on what to eat, what to drink, and answers to your most pressing health questions.

  • 7 day meal plan with shopping list and meal prepping guide

  • Up to 3 emails for follow-up support

Step 1. Schedule an introductory strategy session. You can do that right here.

Step 2. Complete the Getting To Know You intake questionnaire. Before we hop on the phone, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of your strategy session with me.

Step 3. Click the “Pay Now” button below to submit your payment.

Step 4. I will send the workbook right before our scheduled session so you can gather any supporting materials.

Step 5. At the scheduled time of your session, we will dive deep into tactics, strategy and mindset to address your challenge and chart a path forward.

Step 6. Please prepare any additional questions you may have outside of your responses to the intake questionnaire.

Step 7. We will outline your Day 1, Week 1 and Month 1 actions, expected results as well as relevant resources.

Step 8. You will receive limited additional email support for implementing your action plan.
